- You
My laptop keeps saying storage is almost full, and it's really slow.
- Assistant
Let's free up space safely. Are you on Windows or a Mac? On Windows, open Settings → System → Storage and tell me the three biggest categories.
- You
Windows 11. Temporary files is 38 GB.
- Assistant
Good find. Open Temporary files. Before anything else, make sure Downloads is unchecked so nothing you saved gets removed. Then choose Remove files and tell me how much free space you have afterward.

What it is, and what it isn't
It is
- An AI assistant that explains and guides.
- Available whenever you are, because it's software.
- Patient. Ask the same thing three ways.
It isn't
- A person. No person answers your chats.
- Able to see or control your computer. You do every step.
- A guarantee. It can be wrong, and it can't promise a fix or recover lost files.
- For emergencies. If a device is smoking, sparking or has a swollen battery, unplug it, move away and don't keep using it.
Back up anything important before following steps that delete or reset things.
Want a person instead?
This service is AI-only. Its operator, WeldonPC in Garfield Heights, Ohio, sells human remote, in-shop and on-site support separately.
Frequently asked questions
Is a real person answering?
No. Every reply comes from an AI assistant. No person writes the answers.
Can it connect to my computer?
No. It can't see your screen unless you paste a screenshot, and it can't control anything. You do each step yourself.
Which AI does it use?
It's built on models from OpenAI, accessed through OpenAI's API. ManagedComputers.net isn't affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
What should I never type into it?
Passwords, full card or bank numbers, Social Security numbers, or anything you wouldn't put in an email. To reply, your messages are sent to the AI provider.
When does signup open?
Soon. A date hasn't been set yet, and prices are announced at launch.
What if it can't fix my problem?
It tells you so, and explains what kind of help to look for: usually a repair shop, your internet provider, or the device maker.
Who runs ManagedComputers.net?
WeldonPC, a computer repair and IT business in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
